Ballet
Traditionally defined as a classical dance form focused on precision of movement and technique. We will combine different methods of ballet to provide adequate knowledge and skills in regards to graceful, poised, precise dance.

Acro-Dance
Defined as a style of dance combining ballet technique with acrobatic skills. Acro has a focus on gymnastic, acrobatic tricks and tumbling. These classes will also include conditioning and stretching during class to ensure that dancers are capable to performing certain “tricks”.
Competition Dance
Dancers on the competition Team will participate in the competition class weekly to learn the dances we will be using to compete both regionally and nationally each season.

Modern Dance
Theatrical dance outside of the limitations of classical ballet. Movement type varies and focuses on expressions of inner thoughts, feelings, and ideas. Technique is not as strict, but basic dance technique and terminology will still be taught.
